Liquid Oral Manufacturing

We have a 5 KL manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 1 lack bottles per day

MANUFACTURING

• One 4000 Liter working capacity sugar dissolving kittle.
• One 5000 Liter working capacity Manufacturing Kittle.
• Two numbers of 5000 Liter Storage tanks with agitators.

The Sugar Dissolving Kittle and Manufacturing Kittle are having vacuum facility.

The Sugar can be transferred from warehouse, directly to the kittle by creating vacuum, the transfer rate is 3000Kg per Hour. This system enables us to comply with cGMP practice i.e is preventing manual carrying of the Sugar in to the classified area.

These kittles are embedded in RCC stricture on Lugs, due to this we have ample ground working space .

All required utilities are provided from the RCC service block, this includes SS 316 L internally electro polished D.M Water Loop.

The manufacturing is supported by in line Colloidal mill and 18 inch sparkler filter.

WASHING
180 Bottles per minute, 10 Row Linear Bottle washing machine with PLC controls capable of taking bottles from 30 ml to 270 ml with following wash cycle.
1st Wash ---- Air
2nd Wash ---- L1
3rd Wash ---- Air
4th Wash ---- L2
5th Wash ---- L3
6th Wash ---- Air

L1 may be ordinary water or can be D.M Water

L2 & L3 is D.M.Water.

Safety devises like Low Air pressure switch – which stops the machine if the required air pressure is not available, similarly the machine stops automatically if sufficient D.M Water is not available.

FILLING

180 Bottles per minute 12 head volumetric filling, 8 head ROPP sealing - automatic Mono block machine which is capable of filling 30 ml to 250 ml.

The machine is with PLC controls.

The machine is having features like

• No bottle - No fill.
  
• Chute full – hopper stop.
  
• Liquid level control in tank
  
• Fault indication.
• Speed selection.
  

Please be noted that the filling and manufacturing areas are of class 100,000 with 0.3 micron terminal HEPA filters
