Powder Manufacturing
We have a Powder facility with a Batch Size of 300 Kg and Production capability of 60MT /month.
- Ribbon Blender of SS 316 with spray addition of actives.
- 10 Ltr compression spray system with Nozzles helps in mixing homogeneously minute quantities of actives.
- The Ribbon Blender is provided with bottom discharge bowels on wheels. The finished bulk can be discharged in to these bowels untouched and these bowels can be placed on the top of the filling machine hopper.
- This arrangement helps to avoid / minimize the handling of the finished bulk.
- Separate Air Handling Unit for the section.
